The onsen was quite nice! I liked that I could store my luggage under the bed. It freed up some space in the room. The breakfast had a large selection. I found something new to try each morning, and I loved it.
I waited quite a while to get to my room. The cleaners entered my room daily. I felt it was a breach of my privacy. They also moved things.

A Good Experience

The location near Namba station was convenient. Access to the airport via the Nankai express rail was direct. I appreciated the self check-in and check-out system. It was very easy. I also took advantage of the onsen, it helped me relax after a long day.
I found that the walls were a bit thin! and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The hotel offered an in-house 7/11, a gym, and a spa. I found that the rooftop pool had amazing views. Usage required an extra fee and was charged hourly, but viewing was free.

I had lost my cardigan, but the manager helped me find it. They arranged for it to be sent to my friend's address. I really appreciated their help, even after I had checked out.

fantastic stay!

the room and facilities were super clean! i found everything i expected, from washing machines and dryers to a spa and swimming pool. there was even an eleven to seven shop right inside. i highly recommend this hotel because its location is great, just a short walk to the main food streets and train station.
it was a slight inconvenience.

There is an onsen available. It had a cold bath and sauna for relaxation. a laundry room with multiple machines is available . this was very helpful for longer stays.

My stay as a solo traveller was wonderful. The hotel location is really good, offering convenient access to transportation and local attractions. I REALLY appreciated the presence of a 7-Eleven store within the building. It made grabbing late-night snacks or essential items very easy.

the room was very clean. the supplies were sufficient for a comfortable stay. the high floor view of the city was beautiful. there was free luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. i really liked all these perks.
the self service check-in kiosks weren't quite user friendly, a very minor inconvenience.

i loved the hotel's location near namba station. a 7-eleven and cafes in the building were super convenient. check-in and check-out were quick and easy (i did it myself!). the room was standard size for hotels, but it was clean and well kept.
it seemed like a busy airport, especially during peak hours.

the room had yukata and towels that were replaced daily. the toilet and bedding were very clean. i thought the lighting was perfect for my needs, and i had no issues with the wifi signal .

the hotel had vending machines, and an ice machine (a very cool perk!). i saw a lounge on the 21st floor, but did not try it myself (next time, for sure!). the convenience of having a 7-eleven inside the hotel was a real plus.

good locationsmall room
the hotel location is good because it is near shopping streets and the central station.
the room i stayed in felt way too small for a family. i would not come back unless i'm by myself because it is good for business trips or just a couple.
